Terms of Service

Before purchasing, confirm the supported platforms, input and output formats, and usage limits. A perpetual license is bound to the agreed number of devices; the actual license information is based on the license record generated after payment is completed.

1. Agreement Overview

This agreement applies to the software materials, digital products, information, help, downloads, and account services provided by ShopCMS. We may publish specific service rules as needed; those rules have the same effect as this agreement.

2. Accounts and Security

1. You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date;

2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and verification credentials. Contact support promptly if they are compromised;

3. You may not use the platform for illegal activity, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt normal platform operations.

3. Payment and Refunds

1. Product prices, promotion rules, and inventory are determined by the checkout page;

2. After a digital product's license or download entitlement has been delivered, refunds are handled according to the product rules and actual fulfillment;

3. For questions about duplicate payments, abnormal orders, or payment-channel issues, keep your order information and contact the support team.

4. Licensing and Use

Software licenses may be used only within the scope, term, and device count stated on the order or license page. Without permission, you may not resell, rent, copy, reverse engineer, or otherwise exceed the authorized scope.

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in platform pages, text, images, software materials, and related marks belong to their respective rights holders. Except as permitted by law or authorized, you may not copy, distribute, adapt, or use them commercially.

6. Disclaimer

If services are interrupted by force majeure, network failures, third-party service issues, or other causes beyond the platform's reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore them but, to the extent permitted by law, will not be liable for resulting indirect losses.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We will publish updates to this agreement on this page. Continuing to use the services after an update means that you accept the updated agreement. If you disagree, stop using the related services.
